pngcheck (3.0.3-1~deb10u2) buster-security; urgency=medium

  For buster-security the upstream version 3.0.3 has been packaged, as
  backporting the security fixes is not feasible due major refactoring
  upstream.

  Due to security issues upstream has dropped the "force" option -f for the
  pngcheck tool.

  To keep compatiblity with existing scripts, a do-nothing "force" has been
  added to this package.

  This might still be a breaking change for certain use cases, if the use case
  relied on that png would have previously continued on certain errors.
